"Just hearing the name, Chef Dominique's Catering, we thought immediately that it would be out of our budget for the wedding reception.  After meeting with Jess and Dominique, they made it clear that they could provide a buffet within our budget, and at the same time, present a truly superb meal for our guests.  We received many compliments on the quality and presentation of the meal.  They are truly dedicated to providing the best and we would very definitely use them again! 

P.S.  Their strawberry punch is to die for!  "

"We recently held our daughter and new son-in-law’s marriage reception at Chef Dominique’s Banquet Room and it went perfectly!

The food was fantastic. Everyone commented on how good it was and the table scape presentation was beautiful.

Chef Dominique, Jessica, and their staff were each and everyone extremely gracious and accommodating. From the first time we met with them to begin the plans to the end of the event, they went above and beyond to assure that the event was perfect.

The servers were practically invisible as they passed trays of food, coffee, and champagne. Everything was timely and prepared to perfection. We felt like kings and queens.

There is absolutely nothing I would change. Since I am known to be a perfectionist and pay a lot of attention to detail, that is saying a lot."
