“In a word, you guys were FANTASTIC!!!! Some of our guests are still commenting on how delicious and beautiful the food was. Many told us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding reception.

Other comments were made how smoothly and quickly your staff made the transition from wedding ceremony set up... to drinks and dinner. One person said, "I didn't know how they going to be able to do! I expected to be waiting a long time, but it all happened so fast!":)

All of you were gracious, friendly and kind as you served and interacted with us. We feel that the demeanor and comportment of your team is what helped to make our event classy and sophisticated. The atmosphere was unbelievable! Relaxing yet joyful....and amazingly elegant!

Stacey, is an expert at calming down shrilly mothers of the bride! Any question I asked, any request I made was handled promptly and with a willing, cooperative spirit which I assume is not an easy thing to do with the pressure you guys are under! At first, there were so many things I thought that I had to worry about or take care of myself...but then you guys came to my rescue and they were handled. Whew! Thank you for that.

“As an educator, I am a big proponent of positive reinforcement and immediate feedback; Therefore, I certainly appreciate your willingness to hear response from customers!
I could not have been more pleased with the entire evening. Although for a few minutes I was worried that they were little later than you had originally indicated their arrival time, the set up was fabulous. The tablescape was extremely attractive without being ostentatious, the serving plates quite unique, and the accessibility was very conducive to guest self-serving.
The food itself was delicious in both taste and presentation! Each guest had a favorite, although I believe the top vote-getters were the lollipop cheesecakes and fruit tarts! Desserts have a way of winning hearts and taste buds. Of the non-dessert items, the server-passed warm Venetian croissants were a classic favorite. Who knew a newer version of "pigs in a blanket" would be such a crowd pleaser! Many, many guests raved about the food and all were sure to know the Chef Dom's Catering was the company to deserve the credit.

Finally, let me assure you that the service was beyond expectation. Prompt, courteous, helpful, assertive as needed, discreet, and delightful are adjectives that jump to mind. The crowning glory of hurrying to wipe up a spilled wine spot on the carpet stairs is exemplary of willingness to step over and above the expected service. There was never a soiled plate left abandoned, a glass left to ring a table, an empty serving dish unfilled, or a hungry guest untended. Stepping in and helping to serve drinks at times was especially beyond the call of duty, and this extra gesture did not go unnoticed. The stellar training your staff receives is evident in the performance I enjoyed. As a former food service employee myself, and the mother and mother-in-law of children who work or have worked in this industry, I am well aware of the challenges in finding and retaining great staff. You must be doing something very right in this department, because the excellent service we received is evidence of great training, top notch personnel, and supportive management.

I thank you for the part Chef Dom's Catering played in a great evening. My son will only get married once, I hope, and this festive event was a fitting celebration of that happy occurrence.

Again, thank you for all of the efforts the entire staff made to make Saturday's event a spectacular success. I am forever grateful.”

The food was fantastic. Everyone commented on how good it was and the table scape presentation was beautiful.

Chef Dominique, Jessica, and their staff were each and everyone extremely gracious and accommodating. From the first time we met with them to begin the plans to the end of the event, they went above and beyond to assure that the event was perfect.

The servers were practically invisible as they passed trays of food, coffee, and champagne. Everything was timely and prepared to perfection. We felt like kings and queens.
